Cable Kneeling Crunch

Position

Kneel in front of a cable machine with the rope attachment set at the highest position. Grab the rope with both hands and kneel down with your knees hip-width apart.

Movement

  • Contract your abs and flex your spine to bring your ribcage towards your pelvis.

Breathing

Exhale as you crunch your abs and inhale as you return to the starting position.
