Cable Pec Fly

Position

Stand in the middle of a cable machine with the pulleys set at shoulder height, holding a handle in each hand.

Movement

  • Squeeze your chest muscles at the end of the movement before returning to the starting position.

Breathing

Exhale as you bring your hands together and inhale as you return to the starting position.
