Machine Hack Squat

Position

Adjust the machine so that the shoulder pads are positioned comfortably on your shoulders and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.

Movement

  • Lower your body down by bending your knees, keeping your back straight and your chest up.
  • Push through your heels to extend your legs and return to the starting position.

Breathing

Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you push back up.

Tips

  • Keep your core engaged and your chest up throughout the movement to maintain proper form.
  • Avoid locking out your knees at the top of the movement to prevent strain on the joints.
