Your Library is home to your training plans and routine templates. You can create individual routines, organize them into plans, schedule plans, share, and more. Routines let you easily get going with your workout, so you're never left wondering what to do next.

Routines are templates that can be reused for your workout sessions, and include:

  • Exercises: The exercises and their order in the routine.
  • Sets: The number of sets for each exercise.
  • Targets: The reps, weight, time, distance, or any other target for each set.
  • Routine notes: Any notes, links, or things to remember for the routine.

Plans are a collection of routines that you can schedule and follow. Plans can be scheduled to help get consistent:

  • No schedule: Simply organize your routines without a schedule.
  • Days of week schedule: Define which days of the week you want to workout.
  • Rest days between workouts: Define how many rest days you want between workouts.

  • Routine name: Name your routine something exciting.
  • Routine muscle groups: See the muscle groups targeted based on exercises.
  • Routine notes: Add any notes, links, or things to remember for the routine.
  • Duplicate routine: Quickly create a new routine based on an existing one.
  • Move to plan: Add the routine to a plan for organizing or scheduling.
  • Delete routine: Remove a routine you no longer need.
