Log supersets without losing set order

Group exercises into superset stations and work through the alternation cleanly.

Log supersets without losing set order

Superset groups are built into routines and active workouts:

  • Create a superset group when the workout calls for you to alternate exercises
  • Move exercises into the group and keep the group in the workout order
  • Add one set per exercise to extend the superset evenly
  • Interleave sets so the flow matches how you actually train

During the workout, the group stays manageable instead of becoming a long loose list.

  • Collapse or expand the superset group when you need more space
  • Mark the group as done when the station is complete
  • Exclude or include the group when the workout needs to be adjusted
  • Use the same grouped structure in Focus Mode when you want less scrolling

Lift more.
See progress.
Get consistent.
